Dianella Utopia Description: An elegant clumping, ornamental Australian Flax with distinctive blue and purple foliage. Grows to an average size of 50cm tall by 50cm wide, with graceful flower stems reaching over 1m in height.

Utopia’s foliage has over tones of red mixed with blue green and purple strewn throughout its foliage.

Dianella Utopia Position: Requires free draining soils or raised areas. Full sun to part shade. Very Drought tolerant.

Care: When planting ensure that the base of the plant is not covered with mulch or soil.  Fertilise with a slow release fertiliser after two months, and then only if required. Remove older leaves as required to keep the plant looking good. For a better foliage specimen, remove flowering stem before flowering. Once established do not water too much.
